Cake Decorating

Grania from 'a piece of cake' came in to Compton House today to share her wonderful skills of cake decorating.

Grania demonstrated some of the techniques she uses to make some of her  cakes.

The residents were enthralled and were keen to try it for themselves, with some help from Grania 3 fabulous plates

of cakes were made, which although they looked too good to eat, were quickly eaten up with a good old cup of tea!
